Accessibility Statement
Scottsdale Water Damage AZ wants every visitor to be able to read this site and reach the phone number, whatever device or tools they use.
The standard this site aims for
The goal is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. These are the guidelines most websites use to check accessibility. This site does not claim full conformance yet. Work on it continues.
What has been done
- One phone number, one tap. Every page has a call button, and on phones a call bar stays on screen.
- Keyboard use. Menus, the before and after slider and the question lists work with a keyboard.
- Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, the scrolling effects turn off and all text stays visible.
- Moving text can be paused. The moving town names have a pause button.
- Text alternatives. Photos that carry meaning have a text description.
- Contrast. Text over photos sits on a dark overlay so it stays readable.
- Plain English. Pages use short sentences and explain technical words the first time they appear.
Known limits
Some pages are long. Each one starts with a short answer under every heading, so you can skim. Some source pages that this site links to are run by other organizations, and their accessibility is outside this site’s control.
