How much does water damage restoration cost in Scottsdale?

There is no single price. How much got wet, how dirty the water was and how long it sat set it, and mold and rebuilding add to it. Triple-I says water damage and freezing claims averaged $15,400 from 2019 to 2023. That is a national average, not a quote. See the price guide.

How long does water damage restoration take?

Drying starts first, repairs come after. The EPA says to dry water-damaged areas and items within 24 to 48 hours to prevent mold growth. How much got wet and the materials set the rest. Moisture readings, not the clock, show when drying is done.

Does insurance pay for water restoration?

Your insurer decides, based on your policy. Triple-I lists accidental discharge or overflow of water from a plumbing system among covered perils, and says flood damage is excluded from standard homeowners policies. Photos of the damage and the source help any claim. More on coverage.

What happens after I send the form?

Someone from our team will call you back soon, on the number you leave. Have the basics ready: where the water is, when it started, whether it is still running and whether it looks clean or dirty. We go over the next steps with you.

Can I dry out water damage myself?

Only a small spill of clean water on a hard floor: mop it up and dry the area. Water inside walls, under flooring or in carpet pad is hard to find and hard to dry, so call. For sewage, the EPA says to call a professional experienced with that damage.
